Popis práce

Office manager ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include:

  • organising meetings and managing databases
  • booking transport and accommodation

organising company events or conferences

  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • preparing statistics and reports
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • ssisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, at least 2 years
  • Advanced level of English required for daily written and verbal communication
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Reliable, pro-active approach
