Popis práce

Does unstructured data drive you mad? Do you enjoy document management?

You will be working with unstructed data in form of different business relevant documents and classify them accordingly

The documents are related to different business units – HR, technical, finance, guidelines, and many more

You will be managing the whole end to end process = the whole life cycle of the documents

You will be the key person responsible for all the documents being classified into the right place

Požiadavky

Do you meet the following criteria?

English level C1
Background in document management
You can use MS office - primarily Excel as you will classify documents
Outstanding communication skills as you will communicate with vendors and solve a variety of issues
You have a problem solver and project manager attitude
It is a senior managerial role, however, there is no need for previous team leading experience. The manager will also be managing the output of specialists
A person in this role should feel free to express themselves and share new, interesting ideas, we can´t wait to hear them!
