Do you speak fluent Italian and English? Are you open to learn new things? It is all you need for this job! The position is suitable for both a fresh graduate and an experienced candidate. And what will you do?

  • Handling claims from customers - helping them to solve every case and problem
  • Investigation of discrepancies (financial, logisticis and others)
  • Daily connection with other departments in Bratislava or in Italy
  • Reporting, invoicing and overviewing of customer´s accounts
Požiadavky

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

  • We need someone with B2 level of Italian and English language
  • Previous financial or administrative experience is an ADVANTAGE but not a must
  • We can consider a fresh graduate for this position as well
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Customer orientation and proactive approach
