Would you like to work in a dynamic environment where you can enjoy the opportunity to communicate in ENGLISH and SPANISH on a daily basis? An international company is looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering outstanding service for its clientele! You can imagine this role as "VIP Assistant"!

You will not get bored, as you will participate in the following interesting activities:

  • Daily communication in SPANISH and ENGLISH with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Developing strong relations with selected clients and managing your own portfolio of clientele
  • Coordinating and providing assistance for diverse administrative and analytical activities
  • Managing data and working with internal databases
  • Regular reporting activities

If you find this position interesting and fulfil the following criteria, we would be happy to meet you!

  • You have an active knowledge of SPANISH and ENGLISH language (level B2 or C1)
  • You have successfully completed university (economic specialisation is a HUGE advantage)
  • You have already worked in the field of administration for at least 6 months
  • You are a team player with an analytical mind-set who is not afraid to come up with new ideas
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
