You will be in touch with your internal partners (colleagues from different countries) via phone/email/ ticketing system regarding various topics and questions they may have or issues they need help with regarding different HR related questions, such as access to internal systems, difficulties with logging into the system. If you are able to solve request, you will or you will send the request to responsible person who would be able to help.
RequirementsRequirements for a suitable candidate:
- Advanced level of German language (C1)- fluent communication
- Upper-intermediate level of English language (B2)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in administration or customer care
- Experience form international company is an advantage
