Popis práce
  • Transform the company and department strategy into reality (E.g. translating Global Business Solution Strategy into department and team targets)

Globalne maju nastavenu strategiu, ktora sa implementuje na jednotlive krajiny, na jednotlive oddelenia. Ich ulohou je prist nato ako naplnit ciele, ako tuto strategiu implementovat. Casto krat na tom pracuju spolocne s timom

  • Leading a Team of approximately 15 people (prepare and monitor targets, performance, and development plan of the team members).
  • Monitoring Team performance and ensuring continuity of process operation
  • Managing related Global and Regional projects (process improvement, implementation of applications and tools, integration of Merge/Acquisition, SAP changes and transitions)
  • Safeguarding adherence to compliance in all aspects (ISO, GDPR, Labour law, Finance & Accounting standards, Tax etc.)
  • Interacting and supporting various stakeholders from different business and functions.
Požiadavky
  • Experience in Finance Department (Accounting, Audit, or related processes) (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience with leading people (minimum 2 years)
  • Active English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related financial areas is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise

– the level of seniority is important – they don’t want to see super senior profiles (cfos, managers who leaded more than 100 people) because this would be step beck for those candidates, she prefers someone who is on the same level

  • the willingness to bring changes, strong personality to lead the team, foreigners too
  • she prefers someone with finance bckg – general accounting – to understand the structure of balance sheet, PnL / just AP/AR probably not
