Popis práce

To develop and deliver PFMEA
To elaborate all technical specifications for equipments in cooperation with the technology specialists by taking into account constraints of production, quality and logistics department.
To respect purchasing processes and cooperate with purchase department in selection of suppliers
To follow up machines delivery, timing, respect specifications, installation and acceptance according to the Nitra processes.
To cooperate on assembly line layout taking into account all constrains
To pilot adjustment of the equipments by using a deep analysis in order to achieve quality objectives.
To develop documentation based on standardised forms which will allow production to operate autonomously: work instructions to start the machine, Poke Yoke checking, rework instruction, QPS.
To ensure initial training of relevant people (Team leader and group leader) for each documentation and machines operation.
To manage equipment modifications according to requested process adjustment and/or product changes.
Responsible to track technical expenses budget. Propose any action plan in case of over-run
Responsible for process parameters (technical paramaters, machine parameter , define limit parameters to achieve quality)

Požiadavky

University degree – technical field ( engineering)

English language – fluent, min. B2 level

German language – advanced – is advantage

Experience on simular position in automotive Tier 1 : 3-5 years (plastic industry is a big advantage)

Customer oriented, reliable, motivated

Strong planning and organisational skills

Presentation skills

Independent
