If you have more than 5 years of experience in underwriting, you know well the insurance environment and you would like to move forward and focus on process improvements, continue reading:

Main responsibilities of the team are:

  • Updating guidelines related to underwriting processes across the company
  • Coming up with proposals to improve and make the processes more effective
  • Valuating the content of the underwriting standards
  • Reporting and presenting action plans to Chief officer and to other executives
Požiadavky

We will consider you for the position if you have:

  • More than 5 years of experience in underwriting
  • Excellent knowledge of English – C1 advanced
  • Professional presentation – active communication with managing directors
  • Motivation to become an expert not manager
