• You build up a new logistic organization for the green field plant from the scratch.
• Ensure the smooth management of all logistic processes & reporting's
• Plan and holistically implement extensive, complex logistics projects as part of a strategic reorientation of logistics concepts in collaboration with internal/external departments.
• Observe, analyze, and evaluate innovative logistics processes on the market and derive optimal solutions for his/her own area.
• Evaluate results and formulate proposals for the introduction phase. Prepare decisions with the affected departments.
• Holistically plan the implementation and coordinate with internal/external departments
• Build up and support new service providers and prepare decisions on acceptance as a new service provider.
• Analyze existing logistics processes and formulate alternative possible solutions. Perform cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons.
