What specifically does this job consist of?
- You will analyze customer feedback in order to evaluate the overall experience
- Be able to identify customer needs and the weaknesses in this matter
- solve obstacles in a methodical manner in order to overcome them effectively
- Partner with other business teams to resolve issues that influence customer experience
- create tools such as dashboards, reports..
Požiadavky
We will gladly consider you for this role if you meet the following criteria:
- fluent English language (at least C1 level)
- previous work experience with working on customer experience, program management, customer research and analytics, and/or customer experience/success
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- analytical and data-oriented mind
- experience with managing cross functional projects
