If you want to join a fast-paced, global team to improve customer experience, you are in the right place! Large international organisation seeks a Specialist for Customer Experience so they can drive increase in positive response rates and decrease in negative response rate.

What specifically does this job consist of?

  • You will analyze customer feedback in order to evaluate the overall experience
  • Be able to identify customer needs and the weaknesses in this matter
  • solve obstacles in a methodical manner in order to overcome them effectively
  • Partner with other business teams to resolve issues that influence customer experience
  • create tools such as dashboards, reports..
Požiadavky

We will gladly consider you for this role if you meet the following criteria:

  • fluent English language (at least C1 level)
  • previous work experience with working on customer experience, program management, customer research and analytics, and/or customer experience/success
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • analytical and data-oriented mind
  • experience with managing cross functional projects
