Popis práce

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company on the HR Data Management Specialist position.

Key activities are:

  • Execute a large range of different action requests into the International HR database (IHRMS) following highest data quality standards
  • Processing mass upload files
  • Respond to client email queries within 24 or 48 hr response time (based on priorities/type of request)
  • Review and assist in prioritizing of incoming requests
  • Analyzing and addressing system processing issues
  • Support working with PeopleSoft technical support functions as required
  • Providing support to IHR Service Delivery projects
Požiadavky

The candidate should be:

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Human Resources area and willingness to develop skills in this
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reports etc.)
  • Experience with data maintenance
  • Detailed focus, precise
  • Analytical, organized and well structured
  • Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
  • Joy to work with data and interest in understanding system complexities
