You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of Property Project Managers, Engineers and Maintenance Managers
• Delivering the end to end process for looking after the Maintenance and Development of Stores, Offices and Distribution
• Setting the direction for Maintenance and building a plan for delivery
• Reviewing the current and future year's property programme, allocating projects to the team
• Agreeing allocations and working closely with contractor/suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered to great quality and to agreed programme dates
• Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively and always being cost conscious.
• Ensuring all of our work is delivered in collaboration with the wider property teams and retail stakeholders, also communicating and working with the local communities
