Improvement of financial and business processes (e. g. inventory controls, invoice booking, industrial cost recording, regular data consistency checks...)
Prompt and accurate elaboration of internal and external reports (monthly group reports, ad hoc reports) in accordance with group guidelines and standards
Responsibility for accurate and on-time accounting entries and/or reporting of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation, monitoring and control of business and budget planning (Budgeting, financial and liquidity planning)
Establishment and continuous improvement of project / product controlling and plant controlling / industrial controlling in coordination with all departments of the company, with focus on process optimization
Preparation of business and industrial controlling reports and analysis (e.g. program, product, process costs and profitability), proactive communication of findings as well as coordination of relevant countermeasures
Contact for all questions in the areas of finance and industrial controlling for internal employees as well as for banks, tax consultants, auditors, etc.
Požiadavky
Degree in engineering or economics or business administration with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
Language skills: English - advanced/fluent
Professional experience as CFO, Head of Finance, Head of Industrial Controlling
Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting, finance and industrial controlling in a manufacturing industrial company
Balance sheet confidence
Responsible for relevant tax matters and in respect of existing deadlines and in constant coordination with the tax experts of the Group
Strong numerical skills and a high affinity with financial, business and industrial topics
