A NEW international service provider is hiring highly customer- oriented people in order to support their client through customer service.
This job comes in two major forms: it consists of certain level of communication with customers but also analyzing owner experience and undertaking steps to avoid negative feedback.
You will:
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness towards international clients
- Be a pro-active member of the customer care team
- Managing customer support processes with external clients
- Handling incoming calls and solving cients´ questions regarding their products
- Strive for First Contact Resolution and resolve customer queries
