Are you communicative, do you enjoy helping others and you would not last long in a dull administrative environment?

This position offers dynamic, active and friendly environment where you can be in touch with clients and learn a lot in the process. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Helping customers answer their questions and inquiries via telephone, email or other media
  • Keeping standards of the company in every case
  • Keeping records of interactions for future needs
  • Working with systems in order to find needed information about clients
  • Cooperation with other departments if needed
  • Following-up on customer inquiries if needed

If you have previous experience from a client facing position, it may be your advantage but it is not necessary.
