Popis práce
  • Responsible for automation and development under local plant as a centre of excellence (CoE) also globally for all plants worldwide BPC-Mex, BPC-Tai
  • Project + Supplier management background, skills & experience
  • Close cooperation with designer on new technological & automation solutions proposals
  • Responsible for CI for automation and machining
  • Responsible for C/T & OEE improvements at automation and machining
  • Willing to travel and visit suppliers and between our locations to implement/install/support new automation and machining solutions
Požiadavky
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of visual control system (cognex, baumer, sick ...)
  • Knowledge of robotics (staubli, kuka, fanuc, daihen, panasonic, mitsubishi)
  • Basic knowledge of PLC (siemens, omron, mitsubishi, beckhoff ...)
  • Knowledge of sensors
  • Knowledge of HMI systems
  • Setting and programming of lasers (trump, datalogic)
  • Technical thinking
  • Fluent command of English
  • Analytical and independent work
  • Teamwork
  • Automotive background
