How many times you bought something abroad during holidays or your travels? Do you know, by every purchase, you are paying taxes to the country of purchase? Have you ever asked for tax refund?

If you would like to know more about different taxes around the world and communicate with people who are asking for refund this position is great for you!

Be the client support the customers want to hear!

You will be responsible for:

  • Active communication with customers regarding possibility of tax refund
  • Giving advices to the customer how to fill application form for the refund
  • Communication with tax verifying department about possible frauds
  • Administrative processing of clients´ refund in internal system

We are looking for a candidate who is able:

  • To speak French and English without problems and hesitations
  • To handle customers´ needs through telephone, email or chat
  • To organize time efficiently and different tasks effectively during the day
  • To learn new processes regarding tax refund
