What we mean by that?

• Leading a 2-member team - development and motivation of members
• Management of daily accounting processes
• Manage AP/ AR accounting and recording of payroll payments;
• Follow up receivables and payments, managing working capital and other assets
• Cooperation in the financial planning of the company - preparation of forecasts / budgets
• Preparation of reports in connection with the financial statements
• Cooperation on global reporting
• Optimization of processes and implementation of new solutions and procedures
