- Solving issues related to gaming (PC and console) via email
- Ensuring precise, effective and thorough troubleshooting

RequirementsAll you need is:
- Passion for gaming
- Previous technical support experience is advantageous but not necessary
- Fluent German language, since the communication with customers will be in German only
- Fluent in English- communication with colleagues or management
