Newly created team is looking for one more team member with ENGLISH language and SPANISH!
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Assisting clients with technical and functional issues in buildings where they are located
- Creating solutions how to fix or repair the case
- Working mainly with ticketing system
- Providing feedbacks and follow-ups to clients
- Improving, innovating manuals

- User of MS Excel
- Experience in client service, support, helpdesk is an advantage
- Communicative and friendly team member who is not afraid to work hard in rather small team (8 people)
