Dear clients and applicants,
we would like to inform you of a current security threat. We have received several reports that someone, probably malicious automated software, is misusing our company name and contacting people via international phone numbers, SMS and WhatsApp messages. The scammers are using Czech, Slovak and English languages.
At the same time, we have also picked up that scammers are also using fake advertisements on some job portals to offer jobs in hotels in Switzerland. They ask applicants to send a deposit for the processing of a work permit.
We would like to stress that Grafton Recruitment does not communicate via international phone numbers or general email addresses such as @gmail. At the same time, we never ask candidates to make any payments for our services. If you have received a questionable message, we urge you not to respond to it and to block the number immediately. In case you have responded to a job position abroad and it communicates with you from a dubious email address and asks for photocopies of your documents and payment, report everything to the Police as you are a victim of fraud.
If you have any doubts about the credibility of the message, we recommend that you verify the information directly with us.
