Job description

Use your FRENCH and ENGLISH on daily basis. Become our customer care hero!

  • Provide complex care and solutions for tax refundation process
  • Communication with clients froom French speaking countries but also others from all over the world
  • Communication with team and other internal departments
  • Working with internal systems
Requirements

  • Advance knowledge of FRENCH and ENGLISH

  • Working experience in call center/customer service is an advantage
