Job description

An international company is looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering outstanding service for its clientele! You can imagine this role as business coordinator!

You will participate in the following interesting activities:

  • Daily communication in FRENCH and ENGLISH with managers from all over the world
  • Managing flow of the business processes
  • Data analyzing, data reporting, data managing in internal system
  • Working with general agreements of international clients (checking the data, processing all needed information from another departments to the agreements)
  • Regular reporting activities
  • Actively participating on meeting
Requirements

You are suitable candidate if:

  • You have an active knowledge of FRENCH and ENGLISH language (level B2 or C1)
  • You have successfully completed university (economic specialisation is a HUGE advantage)
  • You have already worked in the field of administration for at least 6 months
  • You are a team player with an analytical mind-set
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
