• Oversee and manage monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting and variance analyses of 3 assigned manufacturing plants and report results to senior management.
• Drive and support projects to harmonize reporting in alignment with other GSC controllers.
• Conduct robust analyses to support decisions and opportunities to achieve group targets including KPI tracking.
• Support and contribute to the preparation and development of forecasts, budgets and strategic plans.
• Support improvement on forecasting process through financial integration with S&OP.
• Constructively challenge the Supply Chain teams to ensure rigor in the performance, numbers and plans.
• Support and improve make / buy decisions through comparison between various internal and external cost structures.
• Support functional supply chain owner (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Spares)
• Key role in development and coaching the local supply chain controllers.
