Job description

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Representing the company's interests in the market.
  • Providing input for the creation of a long-term sales plan in relevant market segments.
  • Analyzing new developments and market trends.
  • Calculating sales prices and creating breakdowns for customers.
  • Responsibility for increasing EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes); reviewing contracts, negotiating and booking orders for product changes; managing sales and administrative processes, as well as contract and document management.
  • Handling outstanding invoices and customer complaints.
  • Being a member of the sales team within the Daimler/Mercedes or Volkswagen/Audi project team.
Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • University degree in Business Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales for OEMs in the automotive industry(this is a mandatory requirement).
  • Knowledge of administrative and financial process management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of automotive components, supply chain, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Sales-oriented mindset, goal-driven, and resilience to stress.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
