Your responsibilities will include taking care of sales orders from beginning to an end. What does it mean specifically?
- processing customer data and information
- processing customer orders, creating them in the system, preparing invoices
- settling helpcredit or debit notes
- communication with customers
- cooperation with different departments, such as sales, logistics or accounting
Requirements
We are looking forward to talking to you if:
- You can speak fluently in both Dutch and English as these will be your main language of communication with clients and colleagues
- You have at least one year of experience from similar position, customer care/ service, order management, reception or similar
- You are dynamic, customer oriented and proactive
- You have organisational skills, problem solving skills and are proactive
