Job description

If you want to take your career to a next level, join our international accounts payable team and you will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:

  • Communication with top suppliers of the company
  • Analysing received goods vs. ordered goods
  • Checking whether the invoices are in accordance to standards of the company
  • Cooperating with other financial team as accounts receivable, purchasing department, etc.
  • Taking part on project to improve the processes
Requirements

We will consider you for this position, if you meet following requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial area either in accounts payable or receivable
  • Advanced language skills – English language (C1) AND either French language (C1)
  • Good presentations and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel – functions as v look up, pivot tables
  • Experience with Oracle or SQL is advantage
