As a part of the team you will be responsible for:
- cash collection operations
- daily communication with clients
- reconciliations
- solving and taking responsibility for more difficult cases and more complex discrepancies
- cooperating with finance department and sales department
- reporting data on customer accounts and status
Requirements
Requirements for a suitable candidate:
- Advanced German- fluent communication, advanced vocabulary and business communication
- Minimum 1 year experience on a customer facing position- customer service, client support, cash collection
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail
- Independent, timeliness and accuracy
- Bachelor degree
