Job description

Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a stable international company in the field of retail, for which we are looking for candidates for the position of Seller Coaching Manager. We are looking for experienced operations leader who will easily master following activities:

Managing a cross-regional team, managers and specialists, focusing on performance management and operational optimization.
Driving defects elimination
Liaising with counterparts and technical and business teams to improve processes
Leading conversations including strategic reviews & regular updates in EU and world-wide

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Minimum 8 years of professional experience, at least 4 years of experience with leading large teams
Strong management skills background with strong operational experience
Great in analyzing of large amount of data, information and their interpretation
English language on a C1 level – business conversations
Inspiring person with great team spirit
