Job description

Our client is looking for a Experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master :

Job overview:

  • Manage the teams to self-organize and provide accomplishment of sprint goals
  • Take care that the scrum process is well understood and followed
  • Organizing and facilitating project planning the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • Coordination of the release rollout process
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
  • Leading internal and external communication, improving transparency
  • Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
  • Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution and cross-team coordination
  • Supporting the Scrum Team to be accountable for their commitments
  • Supporting of creativity and self-organization of team members
  • Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
  • Recommend improvements and ensure the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable
  • Collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, to be 1st point of contact for the Business analyst and Commercial project manager and Košice developing team
Requirements
  • Relevant working experience as a Project manage or Senior Scrum Master in an international environmet/entity
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Preferably holding a Scrum Master Certification or a Project Management certification
  • Experience of agile SW project management methods and technologies (Scrum), Kanban
  • Familiarity with MS-Project, JIRA, Greenhopper is an added advantage
  • Project management skills/experience
  • Fluent knowledge of English language is a must
  • Knowledge of German language is an advantage
  • Ability of how to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Proven ability to work with Project management methodologies and tools without adhering to any specific tool or process model
  • Good organizational skills, self disciplined
  • Flexible and dynamic person with excellent managerial skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills / empathy to analysis
  • Excellent priority setting and time management, methodical and organized approach
  • Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivating, adaptable to changes
