Reconciliation Specialist
Job description
For our team in Vienna we are searching for an Expert of Reconciliation, who would master the following tasks:
- completing the processes for daily reconciliation of merchant funds,
- performing reconciliation of company's investment accounts,
- assuring that at each point the company holds the right amount of customer deposits,
- communicating with other branches worldwide in terms of implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
In this position you should meet the following requirements:
- speaking English on an advanced level (C1) for the sake of daily communication with your colleagues from all around the world,
- having good Excel skills,
- ideally you have already gained several years of experience in a bank environment,
- however, we would also consider a highly motivated and detail-oriented graduate with a background in Economy or Finance,
- having analytical skills and technical understanding,
- having at least theoretical knowledge about accounting,
- wanting to have a crucial work time between 3 and 7 pm.
