Job description

For a global company focusing on e-commerce business, we are looking for experienced, goal oriented candidate who would join a global Payroll team. As a Program delivery manager you would be responsible for delivering multiple projects in payroll team.

Your responsibilities:

  • leading projects to successful delivery
  • the projects will be linked with payroll department
  • risk management, time management,

process improvement

  • communication on global level with global team
Requirements

We would welcome candidates who have these skills:

  • active communication in English language – C1
  • previous experience as project manager, program manager, portfolio manager, transformation manager 5+ years
  • you have experience with leading global projects and communication on global level
  • you have basic understanding of payroll processes and software
  • experience with implementing HR softwares, leading project in finance, HR, payroll
  • project management certification (Prince 2, PMP, PMI)
