Job description

Join dynamic environment and global company in a busy payroll team and challenge and push yourself to be a more skilled payroll specialist.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • collecting and validating payroll data from different departments
  • calculation of payroll or control of payroll calculations from external partners
  • analysing inputs and outputs
  • cooperation with external partners or internal HR teams
  • reporting to local authorities

You can also participate in various projects, execute your own project, improve processes and join number of trainings if you wish.


For you to be qualified and comfortable in the position, you need to have:

  • at least 1 year of payroll experience- the more payrolls you processed, the better :)
  • advanced and fluent English as well as French language- you will use both languages daily and actively in both written and spoken form
  • advanced MS Excel
  • strong analytical skills, detail orientation
