Can you fluently speak French? This NEW COMPANY ON THE MARKET offers the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your great communication and organization skills. Our client is looking for an energetic and communicative candidate to join the team who can easily handle following tasks:

  • Communication with clients from French speaking countries
  • Provide complex care to company’s customers and clients regarding their request (orders, delivery, address, etc.)
  • Resolve claims and find an effective solution to different problems and able to handle them in the most sufficient way
  • Administration of all tasks in internal system
  • ** The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week ***
  • Suggesting actions how to solve the problem in order to meet customer and company satisfaction
  • Reporting

Who are we looking for?

  • Fluent French language (C1)
  • Flexible and communicative candidate
  • Previous working experience in customer service is an advantage but NOT A MUST!
