Your key responsibilities on this position should be:
- Support customer experience improvement programs
- indicate focus areas based on data analysis (large number of customer feedbacks), verify results of corrective actions
- Support maintenance of internal digital communication, information and training management tools
- Coordinate various Operational topics
- Using frontline enablement tools improving cooperation between different departments
- Communicate with suppliers, marketing and event agencies, recruitment agencies, site staff uniform producers
- Deploy local and global Rewards and Recognition programs
- Facilitating the implementation of global Customer Experience initiatives and best practices
- Organize events for different groups of staff and partners
Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- Strive for learning and personal & professional development
- Fluent in Czech & Slovak,
- Intermediate English
- Min. Bc./University degree
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with meeting organizations - internal and external, local and virtual
- Experience in individual work as well as strong collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset for results validation and motivational schemes
- Focusing on delivering what’s important to the customer
- Multitasking skills
