We are looking for HR Business Partner willing to relocate to Belgium to work for an international employer in the automotive field.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the needs of the employees and managers to create and optimize the HR processes and policies
• Supporting Talent Acquisition in identifying recruitment needs
• Ensuring close monitoring of KPIs with the local management team and implementing action plans
• Working together with the HR team in various HR processes and projects
• Close partnership with the HR manager
• Proposing innovative HR solutions
