Job description

We are looking for experienced HR candidate for the position of HR BP in Košice:

Jobs responsibilities:

  • To act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers
  • Managing complete recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
  • Managing complete employee life cycle
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
  • Managing complete personnel administration, prepare all labour law documentation;
  • Provide support in personnel management and HR matters;
  • Cooperation with HR providers in area of benefits, medical checks, trainings or systems
  • Participation in various HR projects
  • HR Reporting- regular and ad hoc
  • Communication with the state offices in the labor area
  • Career events, Employer brand, internship, graduates program
  • Master Degree
  • min. 5 years of experience from HR ( HR BP, Generalist )
  • Fluent english is a "must have"
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, nogotiation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good analytical skills with focus on details and goals
