Responsibilities:
- Lead projects on scope increase, transitions and new process implementation in the Hire to
Retire department of the Service center
- Represent Hire to Retire in communication with Partners in Countries, drive projects on
process standardization, improvements and scope increase
- Ensure smooth overtaking and operation of newly transferred processes, so that process designs are consistent with best practice and driving of all projects assigned to HR operations team
- Responsibility for budget proposal and follow up, full ownership of labor costs and related
expenses for the team
- Maintain Service Level Agreements with customers and supervise Standard Operating
Procedures for the services provided
- Monitor and execute internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit
requirements. Full ownership for compliance in the team.
