Your responsibilities will include:
- Non- voice/ written support of gamers' issues in German language
- Solving technical difficulties with both PC and console gaming
- Professional communication with clients and providing an extraordinary support and care
- Support of other teams when needed
- Fluent German language in both written and spoken form (C1)
- Fluency in English language (B2)
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
