Job description

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Assisting clients with technical and functional issues in buildings where they are located
  • Creating solutions how to fix or repair the case
  • Working mainly with ticketing system
  • Providing feedbacks and follow-ups to clients
  • Improving, innovating manuals
Requirements

If you are interested in this job position please, send us your CV if you meet following requirements:

  • ENGLISH on advanced level C1
  • French or Arabic on advanced level- C1
  • Valid work permit with permanent residence for Slovakia
  • One year experience in client service, support, helpdesk
  • Communicative and friendly team member who is not afraid to work hard in rather small team (8 people)
  • Motivation for communication and international environment
