The Group IT Manager is responsible for the IT policy of the organization both hardware and ERP system

• Managing the organization in the IT field (including organizational and administrative parts).
• Proposing and consulting the IT strategy and the resulting objectives with the members of the Management Team
• Developing the IT objectives and objectives of the company.
• Ensure that the cooperation with the other departments always runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Being inspiring for the team.
• Developing an IT mindset and daring to take risks.
• Follow up, train, evaluate and support the team members
• Based on the business strategy, and together with the Management Team, determine annually which IT challenges need to be defined in the coming year.
• Based on the challenges, determine which budget is needed to achieve them.
• Follow up and manage the budget.
• Being the point of contact for the ERP/SAP landscape within the organization.
• Analyze and evaluate existing processes and software in continuous interaction with the process owners and key/end users.
• Search for the right external partners to support us as much as possible.
• Ensuring good security of our network.
• Monitoring the load on our network.
