Job description
  • Overall responsibility for Finance/Accounting (2 employees), Financial and Industrial Controlling (2employee)
  • Improvement of financial and business processes (e. g. inventory controls, invoice booking, industrial cost recording, regular data consistency checks...)
  • Prompt and accurate elaboration of internal and external reports (monthly group reports, ad hoc reports) in accordance with group guidelines and standards
  • Responsibility for accurate and on-time accounting entries and/or reporting of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation, monitoring and control of business and budget planning (Budgeting, financial and liquidity planning)
  • Establishment and continuous improvement of project / product controlling and plant controlling / industrial controlling in coordination with all departments of the company, with focus on process optimization
  • Preparation of business and industrial controlling reports and analysis (e.g. program, product, process costs and profitability), proactive communication of findings as well as coordination of relevant countermeasures
  • Contact for all questions in the areas of finance and industrial controlling for internal employees as well as for banks, tax consultants, auditors, etc.
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering or economics or business administration with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
  • Language skills: English - advanced/fluent
  • Professional experience as CFO, Head of Finance, Head of Industrial Controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting, finance and industrial controlling in a manufacturing industrial company
  • Balance sheet confidence
  • Responsible for relevant tax matters and in respect of existing deadlines and in constant coordination with the tax experts of the Group
  • Strong numerical skills and a high affinity with financial, business and industrial topics
  • A high degree of responsibility and interdepartmental, group-oriented thinking
  • Proactivity and curiosity
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as confidence in leading and motivating employees
  • Empathic and innovative personality, strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, positivity
  • Willingness to sporadic travelling (< 30 Days/Year)
