You will assist publishing complex content, images, videos, audio files, webcasts, graphics on the website and on its social channels. In addition, you will train people outside the team to also use the publishing tools, so they can maintain their own content and help manage editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
By handling incoming service requests in a timely fashion, you ensure the delivery of high quality customer services. This includes responding to the daily inquiries and requests coming into the team mailbox.
To succeed in this role you should be familiar with content management systems. Experience in SharePoint, Magnolia and Hootsuite welcomed.
This is part time job- 32 hours per week.
