• working on development, standardization and automation using different reporting tools
• cooperation with Digital department
• creating new strategies, modelling and analysis of CRM data
• advanced data analysis as well as interpretation
• creating hypothesis and coming up with conclusions
• adjustment of dashboards and reports
• dministrative support
• extracting data and reports into presentations
