- Managing whole order process – ordering, processing, delivery
- Communication with sales department about price offers
- Cooperation with logistic department about availability of goods
- First contact for customer´s claims and solving problems
- Possibility to daily communication in various languages
Requirements
We will consider you as suitable candidate if you meet the following requirements:
- Fluent in English (B2) and Swedish (B2)
- At least 1 year of experience at similar position
- Customer oriented
- Communicative
