Job description

As a part of customer service team, your responsibilities would be:

phone and email communication with end customers- answer their questions and guide them through the process of filling a form correctly (as one of examples)
work with internal systems- looking for information or a customer details and history if he/she was in touch with the company before
communication with internal departments if needed

Requirements

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of both Spanish and English- you will communicate daily and sometimes with native speakers as well
Orientation to customer and detail
Good problem solving skills and pleasant communication
