Use your GERMAN and ENGLISH on a daily basis. Become customer care hero!
- Provide complex care to customers regarding their request via phone or e-mail
- Communication with clients from German speaking countries but also others from all over the world so you will practice English as well
- Communication with team and other internal departments
- Working with internal systems
