Job description

Your job will be:
- Telephone and e-mail communication
- Customer support for Swedish market
- Order tracking
- Resolving erroneous and undelivered orders
- International cooperation and communication with other teams
Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Advanced knowledge of Swedish (C1 level) - daily communication with Swedish speaking customers
- Communicative level of English (B2 level) - internal communication
- Good technical skills – able to work with computer and interest to work in internal system
- Very good communicative skills and pro-client approach
- Flexibility - dynamic and diverse work during the day
