Job description

Use your FRENCH and ENGLISH on daily basis. Become our customer care hero! For NEW SHARED SERVICE CENTER in Bratislava we are looking for communicative and dynamic people who would be able to deal with these tasks:

  • Provide complex care and solutions for customers of the company
  • Handling incoming calls and solving clients´ questions regarding their products
  • Communication with clients from French speaking countries but also others from all over the world
  • Communication with team and other internal departments
  • Working with internal system

Don’t worry, the job is performed in the form of HOME OFFICE but a physical presence in the office in Bratislava is required for the training period. The company will cover all costs associated with travel or accommodation.

  • ** The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week ***
